The mount was probably the only review I've never read !! Figures !! I may end up doing just that. By the time I fool around shipping it back and all, I lose. Wonder if cold blue will suffice as far as looks. This will just be my beater shop gun for targets of opportunity (sp) out the window. Drats .. I put up with enough of this with hotrods !! In ref to GK's post below. I messed this upas was mentioned, one could use a file or dremel to grind some of the mount to make room. if i had ordered one without looking, that is what i would have done. I would not regrett the purchase, just frowned as i ground.
This is an older 6x32 bugbuster. As far as blueing the cold Alum Blue should work but it will be largely invisible under the scope should you file an adjustment slot. I use sharpies for that kinda thing....

The bottom under the turrets has really changed !! Thanx for the pic.
I have the same mount with the Leapers UTG 4x32 AO Mil Dot....it fits snug with no extra room at all. I did have to grind down the front stop so it would sit on a weaver base in the location i preferred.

All My bases do.I was thinking the same thing, I hope he is talking about something other than the stop pin in the mount. I have drilled and tapped mounts to relocate the stop pin for particular setups. In the case of these CZ's I'm using this mount for they have a light recoil and they have no stop provisions at all.
