Thanks for the welcome and all the input, sounds like free floating the barrel so to speak. I will take it apart in a couple of days and try all these ideas. I also found by using my squeeze bag in the back and squeezing it until its very firm and then pressing the stock down very firmly with my cheeck and pulling it back till snug gives amazing groups at 20 yards.... at least until it goes nutty. also used a chrono. CPHP 767,764,762,764,762,764,764,768,766,763. that was about the norm for about 40 shots. then the sun hit it and it went buggy.later it started going down to 748 for a while so I lubed the compression chamber with the silicone chamber oil and CRaaaCKKKK 1101 about 4 or 5 shots later it settled down again. even with a diffrence of 10 fps I would still hit the bulls several times before it started to wander. So I think with the washers and working on the spring I should see some positive results... I hope. Thanks again everyone
