Sheridans

(1/3) > >>

hungryhollow:
Went to a gun show today and a guy had lots and lots of air guns. I bought a 1967 Sheridan for $120 and he said I'll let you have that one ( a 1971) for $100. So I came home with two classic Sheridans. ;D

Congrats on the score at the gun show.
I too am a new 'streak owner but mine is still in route.

Pics would be good.  Do they shoot?

TerryM:
There are several gun shows each year in my town.  I go to all of them, looking for airguns and related items.  I usually come away empty-handed, but have made a number of nice finds.  It seems most firearms enthusiasts don't know much about airguns and consider them toys or junk.  Same goes for older scopes, I have found several nice ones for near nothing.  I got a late production Crosman 160 for $75.  A Mark II pistol for $5.  A Weaver C6 for $5.  Bargains can be found if you are looking for stuff that most people aren't.  (Congrats on the Sheridans, nice score!)

Hoosier Daddy:
Lucky! The gun shows around here have the same one guy with the same one table of the same half dozen airguns... He knows what they are worth and prices them over that "just a tad".
