Stoeger X20S cleaning patch stuck in barrel

Hi Guys,
New to the site. Joined before I had this mishap but thought someone here might be able to help. I pushed a cotton patch down the barrel of my .177 Stoeger X20s and it became stuck, in the baffle, I think. I tried to push it, gently, out but it has disappeared, save a few strands of cotton..
I am fairly new to Air rifles and I am still in the practising stage for accuracy, I don't have a bench to test from. I am not sure if this is going to cause any issues with accuracy or not as my accuracy is already suffering from lack of practice.
Has anyone dismantled one of these and if so should I do it to get the wayward patch out?
I have another question related to best pellet for the .177 but will start a new post for that. It is good to see that there are many of you that have a like this rifle. I look forward to reading more about it.
Cheers

the end of the muzzle is a cap that comes unscrewed. Should be "hand-tight"- with a rag or something, you ought to be able to unscrew it. inside the cap is 4 baffles, and behind that there's a spring that keeps everything together between the actual muzzle and the cap. If you can't unscrew it by hand it'll definitely come out with a pair of channel locks but be careful to wrap the plastic end cap with something to protect it from getting gouged or scratched

Cheers Guys, apologies for late reply. I just have not had time to get to it. I have three new pellets to test so I will hopefully know if my accuracy is off due to the rag or not. Craig
