Dan if you are still thinking about the mold that I have . I can send you a few to try before you buy the mold . I have had no problem so far in the two rifles I have shot them in . I don't really have time to cast and sell bullets right now . And then the issues that shooters and other casters that sell throw at you just don't make it worth it . This is a hobby to me not a ego trip if you know what I mean . E-mail me and let me know how many you would need as well as your address if you want . Marvin
Pure lead is hard to get to fill the mold out . As you can see by the size difference in the RB. I like fast flat shooting rifles . It helps to keep the hold over down with BB. Even with hunting you do not know if your game will be 35 or 65 yards away .And a flat trojectory is nice to have . All the energy you need is to get to the internal organs . I do not have a lot of heavy weight molds . MarvinObsolite RCBS 82050 .452 255 grain new version is out now . With 10 -22 bhn lead very one of these bullets will out shoot the shooter IMO with my Gargoyle . Marvin
Dan,Very nice, glad to see you are shooting it a lot.I notice that the plywood you are using is the sturdier 7-ply stuff. Looks like serious fun to me.900 fps is a nice flat-shooting gun.Lloyd
