Well, now I've gone & done it! Ordered the carbine from PA last night, a Leapers Swat 30mm compact 3-12 X 44, along with some 43g EunJins & 31g Baracudas. I'm pretty sure (hoping) the gun will like the EunJins, but I wanted something a little lighter too for shooting on lower power settings. Thus the Baracudas. I already have some JSB Kings, so I plan on trying them out as well. I'll have a little something from 25g-31g-43g to experiment with. Also ordered a CF LDC from Roy Kasten to quiet it down for shooting in the backyard. Now the wait.
I want to shoot her for awhile to get some baseline shot strings. Also, play with a few different pellets to see what shoots best. I'm sure she'll end up going to Will eventually.

They hired another gunsmith recently so the wait might be less now. I would contact them to see how long the wait is.
Sure hope Will can get you fixed up - he's getting more of a backlog all the time - one FANTASTIC gunsmith alright. He tuned my .25 rifle and it's well over 100 ft lbs now!
Did you also order the Foster fill probe with it?

I'll know better tomorrow. I'll in all likelihood end up sending it to WP for another one of his tunes. Of course, nothing I can do about it today. Happy Memorial Day to all!
Basically, that i could disassemble the gun to see if there are any internal screws loose. He said if I didn't feel comfortable with doing that, I could exchange the gun. I think I'm going to opt for the later. I don't think I should have to fix a new gun just to make it function properly. Besides, if something goes sideways, I don't need any problems with a voided warranty.
