How long are you waiting between each shot?
that would effect consistancy, what i think is happening the oring were the co2 carts go is leaking. or the leak is in the valve body its self. but either way there is a leak it does not seem to be effecting power so i dont think the leak is happening when its shot and the transfer port should be fine and not leaking other wise his power levels would a good bit lower
i think its a slow silent leak within the valve... you should be getting like 30 to 45 shots or so at least my 2400kt got about 15 shots into a 2nd chrony string off 1 cart when i was shooting it over the chrony
take her apart and pull the valve, then take the valve apart and replace the orings in it

I believe that should be enough time to allow the CO2 to warmup and expand. If stock doesn't have the same issue then that rules out the CO2 side and points to one of the mods you've added. Only option would be to make the changes one at a time and test each one. Very time consuming but usually less so than trying to troubleshoot all the unknowns at one time.

i ran 4 carts through th crony on the 2400 this afternoon 88 degrees on my termometer ans sunny measered 3 feet to crony from muzzle. im seeing the first 10 shots and these are averages are lower then the next ten and then from 20 its down hill. the 1st cart was about 615 fps for the 10 good shots the second cart with the power adjuster was 645 in the 10 good shots the 3rd i wont talk about cuz i got mad and the 4th was like the 1st. the power adjuster with the stock spring still makes minimal differance in velocity, any ware from 12 to 20 fps better with it in but the consistancy goes away. mustang mike may be right on the bad valve issue i happen to see some shinny stuff around the transfer port when loading a pellet at one time, these carts have inconsistant seals on them i have noticed some puncture on the first shot some on the third and fourth and when i chech after the cart is empty i cant even see how the co2 got out of the cart. im actually wondering how consistant the presure in the carts are. I think i'm going to just shoot the gun for now and go hipac and see what happens i will be checking out the inside of that valve as well and see whats going on........ps i saw shots through the crony today from 587.4 all the way to 699 go figure.

that shiney stuff is lead, the pellets are being sliced as their fed into the barrel.. id say remove the breech and barrel together and push a pellet down the barrel so you can see if the lead is bad, then check the transfer port, if you have slivers of lead down into the port on the valve then the transfer might be 1mm or 2mm to tall. you could take some sand paper or a palm sanded and touch it to the transfer port and shave just a hair off it..
my 2400 was doing that for while but i cant recall off hand what the problem was... the guy building my carbine said the lead on the mellon barrel i had was a little um messed up so he smoothed it out and said pellets now load buttery smooth

Besure to use a c clamp when removing and installing the breech.. a loosen breech screw could cause the issue I think. Since the breech would be able to move a little bit when cocking and closing the bolt
