New look .25 Vulcan
«

I had to extend the rear of the stock in order to make the adjustable shoulder fit.. in doing so I used wood and wood epoxy... but my patience got the best of me and I didn't sand it to perfection.. it is noticeable when the light hits but in the end this is still a gun so I don't care much. Maybe one day when I'm bored I will sand it down and refinish that small area. As for now function is much improved. Much better cheek Weld and eye alignment not to mention a more stable snug grip on my shoulder. From there as you can see I added the side cocking lever witch is slicker than oiled ice..
I'm waiting on an adapter to make the LDC fit. While I was at it I finally got around to changing out the hammer spring and New Hammer I had gotten from evgeny with the slightly beveled Edge to maintain spring alignment. I did notice my caliper showed .055 on old spring wire thickness and .057 on the new spring.. I intend to chronograph to ensure nothing has changed since I had to remove the hammer spring adjustment screw..
All in all I'm happy with the new look and very pleased with the functionality from these upgrades.
All from Evgeny btw with the exception of the adapter I am waiting on.

It's a gem.. both FX impact and WARP have my eye with the takedown ability and massive power/flexibility
But this .25 Vulcans accuracy w heavy Kings is phenomenal I have never been so pleased especially with the service Evegeny provides 100% best ever businessman I have delta with despite language barriers he will see to it you're a happy owner. Not that it is at all pellet picky either btw just JSB King 34 great have huge upside with BC and slappin power

Do you know if the new vulcans will come with the side lever or will it always be an extra that you would have to buy?

I could not tell you for sure being the kind of guy that evgeny is I would assume it will be incorporated into the new batches as was the new designs stock with shoulder pad.. either way in my opinion the Vulcan at least in 25 caliber as I have is hands down the best size to Performance ratio in the Bullpup world right now.
That's my opinion anyway I've never shot an air rifle with such confidence even out beyond 100 yards ..

Believe it or not the group by the quarter is all 50 shots/a fill .. JSB 34 gr.. 50 yd it was new to me then
If you look deep between the trees and shed you can see my rifle on bipod 102 yrd.. was just messing around with it has a couple friends.. we were shooting 100 yrd to show them how easy it was ..
My group was middle row left..6 shots in light 5-10mph left to right almost straight across.. last two kissed
This gun is surgical.

For some reason I thought (or just figured) that the .25 vulcan would be longer than it is. It is actually shorter than my .22 mutant standard! And it gets a good number of shots per fill.

I do like the looks compared to the Mutant and the side cocking lever compared to the Mutants rear lever. The cocking lever is on the left side too which is Ideal for me.
All of the pictures look the same to me so I don't see any differences, but I am not familiar with the Vulcan either.

There's a reason they call it a mutant

Cocking is reversible too.. I like left so I can stay scoped during follow ups...
Just seems I rarely need follow ups with the Vulcan.

From all the great reviews they must be nice guns. If I ever got rid of my mutant I think I'd want a .25 vulcan. I have always wanted an Edgun Matador but people seem to have more "small" issues with them than vulcans.
