I bought this rifle (Hatsan 125 Sniper Vortex Gas Piston .25 Caliber Black Air Rifle) about a year ago. Did the break in, shot over 350 pellets. Tried different kinds and weights. Never could get a good pattern, got disgusted and saved it. Well had time and decided to try again. Same thing, shot about 400 more pellets. Thought it could be scope, tried 3 different ones. Same results. Went to open sights, same results. Shoots all over the place. Never the same place twice. Did I get a Lemon? Am I screwed? What can I do. Can't find my receipts, thought I bought it from Pyramid. Log in and all it shows is I bought pellets. Please Help Me! Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the forum, Chad.
Have you shot springer/gas piston rifles before or is this your first one?

What distance are you shooting and how big are the groups? Oh, what pellets were you shooting?

You may have hold sensitivity issues. The artillery hold is the usual starting point but hand placement can be critical. Some guns like a firm hold others want a really loose hold. Position the balance point on the forearm in exactly the same place every time. After you get an idea of the size of your groups try moving a little further forward or back.
You never did indicate the shooting distance or size of groups. Perhaps your expectations are too high.

Don't give up on this rifle.
It is not easy to shoot these magnum springers well.
It took a while to master my Patriot .25.
But once I did, it is a joy to shoot.

Though my first air rifle (short of a Daisy 880 from 30 years ago) is the same as yours (only with a spring), my testing on a small handful of pellets didn't bode well for the Benjamins.
I heard talk of differnt dies: old (read: better) versus new (read: worse). Mine did not look very well finished. Each had a little chad hanging off each pellet tail and had an obvious seam. Couldn't be doing much for consistency. I'll try and post a photo.
JSB king have been the best so far, followed by H&N FTT. Polymags, not so much.
If you are really struggling, give a quick peek down the barrel from the breech end. There was some of the inner component of the suppressor that was in the pellet path. Once I took a dremel to the offending part, groups are significantly better. I'm down to a tiny bit less than an inch from 20 yards. Most of this I can track back to inconsistent placement of my head/cheek and off hand. You have to put in the work.
How is the general feel of the shot cycle?

Thanks for all the reply's. Will try and put the information given to use. Am not giving up. I was worried I had forgotten how to shoot, shot a few shots with my 22 rim fire. Put 10 shots in target the size of a quarter at 30 yards. This gun is a mule, will have to practice more. Thanks again. Any information is greatly appreciated.

The Turkish guns are all over the place as far as quality is concerned, I've owned several Patriots & 125s but only got a few keepers out of the lot..... I tune (trigger job, VERY tight spring guides, buttoned piston, bore polish with JB) mine right off the bat & the Turks really benefit from this. 25 cal Turk barrels run on the large side so make sure your pellets are a snug fit. The "artillery hold" has never worked well for me. I pull very firmly into my shoulder, grip tightly behind the trigger & rest the forearm in the palm of my hand..... Good luck & have fun brother!
