G'day All,As you can see, I already own two Hatsan 125s in .22 caliber, and am waiting to see what Hatsan has to offer in a .177 version of the QE releases.I see the 87QE, 95QE and the 135QE models, but all of them have a Carbine barrel to accommodate the QE System on the front.Anybody wanna chime in and give me some thoughts, concerning the 9" I'd give up on these models when my 125s have 19.2" barrels? That's a lot of barrel...I like the long barrel and also the 'Man-Sized' overall length of the 125.What say you?Vernon.

Finally got the Hatsan 87qe in .25. As for the "qe" part, it may be a little quieter then my other Hatsans. But, sound supressors on air piston or springers really dont do much anyway, since the noise comes from the mechanics of the gun more so then the air. However, I very much like the short barrel. There is no loss in velocity and seems to be a gain in accuracy. The pellet gets out of the barrel faster, so recoil doesnt have as much effect on the pellet. Shooting great groups, better then any other Hatsan I own. So, Im sold on the short barrel, but not the "qe" thing. It doesnt seem any quieter and didn't expect it to be.
