Now it won't fit in the stock??
I'm changing from a plastic stock to an Trail NP wood stock and I can't get the front screws to align. So far I think the problem is with the new stock in the flat area where the roller on the Lever Assembly rides. Measured from the top edge of the stock the distance from the edge to the flat surface is 25.15mm, on the wood stock it's 24.15mm so I'm going to figure out a way to route that down without chewing up the top of the stock and see how it goes.
Edit: A couple of passes with a 1/4" router bit lowered the floor 1mm to match the plastic stock. I think I may go back and lower it a little more because I can see where the roller is leaving a dent in the wood already. I'm assuming for now that this is only adding resistence to overcome while cocking and wearing on the roller so light contact or even a very little gap at rest would be okay.
