looks sweet man.i tossed a 5" TKO on my 2240kt with 14" barrel and it helped quite it down ALOT. backyard friendly now.
A Fast-Handling pistol for sure. Great sight for the pistol, if a tad (OK, more than a tad) expensive: I'll be the first to admit that Iron Sights don't do what they once did for me (@44yo). Dot Sights take care of the problem nicely. I've been thinking about a "packable" 2240 for a while. I still really want to go with a PCP, but think that a P-Rod is too much (holstering one is a flat impossibility). A 12" barrel with matching Air Tube would be about the maximum size for something which is "holsterable", and still give a reasonable number of shots (5-15) per fill. Come to think of it, if you did that, and carried a 13 to 48CI 3000 PSI Tank regulated to 2000, you could go for a walk in the woods with the tank and bleeder hose in a small "possibles" bag or rump sack, a pellet pouch (along with a sack lunch and some water) and make a day of it: you'd probably get about 20+ fills from a 48CI tank.
I have a 6.5" TKO brake on order. I asked, and Mike says they can add an adjustable pin sight at no cost, so I did. That is cool, as I intend to continue open sight shooting. Will get the steel breech and MIM sights whenever they are back in stock. Longer barrel, I dunno as I want this to be good practice for my 1911 PB and the longer sight radius would be cheating.Already have the 1911 style TKO trigger and love it. Stock grips look pedestrian but work ok. It does shoot great, just a bit loud enough that a neighbor asked about it. She never asked about my Trail NP .22 so it must have a bark. Looking forward to the brake.
The 6.5" TKO brake on my 2240 with stock barrel is, as many have described, "mouse fart" quiet (see my avatar.)
ok here is my 2240 in processEd

EdLOL I thought they were my idea too...I have 4 on the way from Crosman, I'm going to use them for a more comfortable forend type area. I haven't seen anyone with them set up like that, but I think it's going to look pretty sweet and be functional as well. I also made a shroud to go between the last barrel band and the TKO I'm waiting on so there will be no skinny barrel showing at all.
