Does anybody know what the hammer spring screw is set to from the factory? If its backed out all the way, how many turns in?

I believe that figure varies from gun to gun as they don't have some precise standard on that, I could be wrong.
There are plenty of tuning guides out there that will yield better results than stock, you should check those out before considering just going right back to stock unless you're trying to return the rifle...even then it shouldn't matter.
iirc the stock spring adjuster has around 7 turns available on it, stock should be somewhere around 3-4 turns in from all the way out. The striker adjustment really depends on your fill pressure, higher fill pressure = less striker (back it out) where low fill pressure = longer/more striker.

I have had 2 Marauder Gen 2 in .25 and both had different settings for hammer spring, throw and valve meter screw. Always start by determining what settings your Marauder came from the factory with.... I know, too late but next time you will know. That doesn't mean the factory got it shooting the best and sometimes quite the contrary. A good tuning guide can be had here:

The reason I am asking, is because I used the degassing tool to degass the rifle. I installed a depinger. When I went to remove the degasser it was stuck in the end of the striker. The dia. Of the degasser was to large to fit down in the striker. After refilling the rifle, it shoots very hard and I only get about 6-8 shots over the span of 2800psi to 2000psi. I was getting 24 to 28 before. All I can come with is that I accidentally turned the hammer spring all the way in.

Why not just back it all the way and then go in a turn or so at a time until you get back to your shot number ? I'm new at this myself but that's how I did it.
