Hi All,I am considering a new pistol in .177. While an IZH-46M would be nice it will be a purchase for another time. Of the three I've listed I have only shot the 1701P. It was ok but felt a little stretched out and spindly for lack of a better term. I know the long sight radius helps accuracy. The PP700 and 747 "look" more robust. I have no preference between ssp and pcp. I don't want to go the co2 route. I know there's the 717 and also, I think, 2 versions of the PP700. The green gripped one from Krale and MRod Air and the black gripped one with the sights from Aceros de Hispania. From the pictures I've seen online the sights seem rudimentary but functional. I will be shooting with open sights so a good sight set is preferable. The pistol's role will be informal shooting practice in my basement with at most about 13 yards from the target.Quieter is better and I think between 400 and 500 fps should be adequate, no? I think these pistols are within $100 of each other. If there are other good alternatives that I missed please let me know.Thank you All in advance!Taso
Hi All,Are the PRod and 1701P triggers the same?Taso
