Maybe I can get some assistance here?

I posted this in the Machine works Gate and well the response has not been overwhelming if you know what I mean. So I will try here in hopes finding someone able to pull this project off.
I have contemplated modifying my Hatsan AT44. After drafting the existing valve it is obvious I need a machinist to pull this off. The tolerances are just to tight for the equipment I have. Here is a scope of work:
1. Boring out the old valve seat and constructing a new larger (PEEK) one with a matching new poppet valve stem.
2. Machining a poppet spring retaining star at the front end of the valve. To be held in place with a retainer spring?
3. Enlarge the valve port behind the poppet head to 9/32
4. Enlarge the air channel at the transfer port.
5. Machine a new transfer port and milling the secondary valve body and breach to match.
6. Bore 1 additional port into the barrel chamber opposite existing, channel barrel to connect new port to transfer port.
Here is a drawing for the work. It's in Autocad so the file is available.
Send me a PM if interested in the project.
Thanks

Without knowing what you'd like to accomplish whit these modifications, it may be a little difficult to help, but I'll try.
Well as far as I can see from what you want to do I'd make a few alterations to that design.
WRT to machining a poppet spring retaining star at the front end of the valve. I'd thread the base & make it a screwin design, akin to the BT65's. Also, all those holes will allow a lot more air into the valve a lot faster,& all that air isn't needed to move 1 pellet. I'd reduce those inlets down to 4 holes at 8/64 each, so the inlet area would be a little wider than the area behind it allowing for good flow & what should make for decent efficiency.
I'm not certain what you're trying to accomplish with the additional port in the barrel, but I'd omit that completely.
Ideally you want the tp to be just as close as possible to the diameter of the valve outlet & not over, so the air can't start expanding before it reaches the barrel.
What are your plans for this gun with these mods?

I smell a big bore conversion attempt in the making.
