Hey Matt,You may want to use the Heavy Duty scope stop that comes with the 135. I also use UTG 1 piece Offset, Accushot mount which allows the scope to travel back further with the robust scope stop. This set-up with my UTG 3x9x40 scope has easily taken 1,000+ shots with no problems. My 135 in .25 cal. is a Cannon! It would be interesting to hear your comments on the shootability of the 135 vs. D34 !!Kirk
How bothersome is the recoil of the 135 vs. the D34?Kirk
Hey Matt, did you try the open sights yet?

I'll also be ordering a utg offset mount and some loctite!I probably put close to 70 shots through it before sundown. Should I be worried that it is still smoking a bit after this many shots? I only got one chrony reading this evening since it was getting dark. It was 953 fps.
