In these pics, the external differences can be due to a maladjusted die full of swarf. The new punch makes a thicker skirt, and changes the weight distribution. It's the change in balance that is most likely to blame for the accuracy issue. (other than the obvious deformities) Experiment; select a couple dozen of the best looking new design pellets and test them.
Manny, I know you're frustrated but have you tried adjusting the fps of your gun? Maybe a lower fps will bring back the accuracy. As BART said, I'm sure the balance of the pellet has changed with the new punch. Maybe a higher or lower fps will make a difference
Funny thing is, since my Blizzard absolutely loves the Benjamin Discovery Hollopoints .22 and I'm down to the last 2 tins I was going to put in a substuntial order, they way things are there's no way I'll risk any more big bucks with Crosman pellets,....to bad, they make great pellets for my guns
