I suggest you carefully and lightly chamfer the wood BEFORE Tring to press out those pins. Speaking of "pressing". If you do not have the use of a arbor. Try a drill press if you have one. They can be driven out, just go slow and be carful as sometimes you really need to smack them to get things moving. Good luck, CW

Good luck, CWProblem with "driving" them out, there are no holes on the off side of the forearm. Can't drive them out without "punching" out the wood on the off side. They either must come out the same side (pulled) or holes drilled on the offside to punch through. One of my thoughts is to use a small wire to punch through the hollow roll pins to locate the holes on the offside, then drill larger for the pin punch. This may be my only option.
