Problem with muzzle cap on Air Force Talon SS

I have a new Talon SS. It's about three months old with about 3,000 rounds through it. Up until a few days ago it's been a tack driver. Recently about every 5th or 6th shot is a flyer. Opening up about 1/2" at 10 yards. While wiping the gun down today I noticed that the muzzle cap was showing signs of pellet strike damage ( I've attached a photo). The gun hasn't been dropped or banged. When the flyers started I did clean the barrel going from breech to muzzle.
I haven't had the barrel out or the muzzle cap off. I've also noticed that the Sound Loc baffles have started to rattle a little bit inside the shroud.
Has anyone else had a similar problem? I'm open to any suggestions.

Maybe loose screws? Don't over tighten as the frame is aluminum and strips quite easily. I never had screws loosen, but as in new, won't hurt to check

I did check the screw that holds the cap on and it was tight

Try chcecking the 4 barrrel bushing screws. Use some blue loctite and tighten the lower 2 first , then tighten the 2 side ones just snug. sometimes the barrrel bushing set screw get loose too.
