I recently purchased a used bt65. It had a horrible ping so I took the air tube apart and installed the vinyl tubing depinger.
It works great by the way. While I had it apart I plugged 3 of the ports. They had previously been tapped and set screws were provided. So now I fill(pump) to 200 bar and it leaks about 50 bar in 24 hrs. I looked at the o ring on the valve and saw no signs of damage. Also lubed it prior to assy. Ideas? Anyone have o ring sizes?

one thing is you do not want to lube the o-rings, you use vacuum grease.
