Hatsan Galatian loosing velocity

Hi everybody,
I have a one year old Hatsan Galatian caliber .22 and recently I noticed that the rifle is losing power and velocity. I put it through the chrono starting at 200 Bar, and to my surprise it started at 150 m/s and reached max of 255 m/s arounf 110 bar. I also noticed that from 200 bar to 130 bar, each shot is taking only 1 bar. I have another Cylinder and it is giving the same result.
I took the rifle apart and replaced all O-rings available on it. but no success. Inside the receiver everything seems to be working properly.
The only logic explanation I can find, is that the hammer is not hitting hard enough on the valve to open it.
Inside the Hammer there is an Hex screw. I turned it counter clockwise all the way as far as I can get.
I assembled the rifle and run it again through the chrono. At 200 Bar this time it started at 205 m/s. and the best result I could achieve is by filling the cylinder to 140 Bar and refill again at 70 Bar, and getting around 40 shots with a curve starting at 275 m/s to 290 m/s and then down again to 275 m/s.
As a conclusion I think the hammer spring is getting weak.
I really appreciate your feedback and share your thoughts.
