Has anyone figured out a way to shorten the LOP on a Hatsan 125? Mine is really a Walther Talon Magnum but the same gun. The LOP is 15" without the spacers. I have all my rifles set between 13.5" to 13.75". The stock is synthetic.
Another question, is there a wood stock that would fit a 125?

You could try cutting some off the butt end. If you have access to a table saw, band saw or miter saw it wouldn't be too hard I would think. Just measure, mark the stock and follow the line. Sand any rough edges, maybe some touch up paint and re-mount the butt pad.
I don't know if the wood stock of the 135 would fit the 125. Even if it does fit, it might be some what expensive and you might find the LOP of the 135 wood stock too long to your liking, so you're still in the same boat.

I've done that to my wood stocks, remember I said the 125 stocks are hollow and synthetic. I've seen other complaints about the 15" LOP.

No clean way to do it that I can see.
I wish for shorter as well. 125 and 135 same issue.

Shorten the stock to your desired length, make a wood plug from a piece of 1x4 and epoxy it in place.
Be sure to roughen up the inside of the stock so the epoxy has some 'tooth' to hold on to.
Screw but plate/pad to the insert and grind to match stock lines.
Cheers.

Or you can do what I did with my WTM .22 & put it in a 125TH stock. ~13 3/8" LOP without spacers & it's my current favorite of all the Hatsan stocks. I've also converted one of my Hatsan 125s in .25 to the 125TH stock. Here's my thread comparing the various Hatsan stocks:
