Hey Tim,Thanks for taking the time to review our new Flex air rifle from behind your computer. The use of AR-style grip and stock allows the use of whatever furniture you'd like. We are all very well aware of the options this gives the customer. But thanks for the nice pictures. The buttstock does not have the receiver end plate locking ring for a reason; the ability to cant the buttstock. Sorry you missed that advantage. You don't line things like that up with your eye, you do it by feel on your shoulder to get the correct setting. Vertical stocks don't sit well in the shoulder, you should try it.The front loop is what it is, a carrying handle, grip, weight reducer, place to stick your hotdog, whatever.
200 yard five shot group from a Flex. Shooting 44gr JSB at 920fps. Wind was 6-8mph. Off a bipod. If you are going to shoot 5- shot, 200 yard groups, at that exact tank pressure, only and every time and you are good with the results, I guess that you are saying that is all you need ?However if not, you may want to shoot all the shots you are planning to shoot before refilling. This way you will have a more exacting way to gauge the rifles total performance. Also, you may want to retest every so often to make certain you are still able to get the same results. This applies to any gun.
I have one and I am on the east side. But I am up by Buffalo NY. If you are up this way you are more than welcome to check it out.
