Seems like a good deal, why did you return yours? I've only ordered one scope from dvor, it was a hawke and in perfect working order.

I've ordered 2, both were brand new, not a mark on them and work great.

Just ordered two 4x12x40's.  For $70 each + $10 shipping ........... hard to beat :D.
I've ordered two of these very same scopes before from Dvor and they were "new" ... work great.
That's why I did it again ;).
