Cleaned, lubed and all screws tightened.
Along with three coats of BLO, she is ready to go.
Diablo on the 19th, Ione (Sacramento) one week later, albeit with the MRod....

I'm a peaceful man and prefer the pursuit of peaceful sports. Those involving teams and balls of any sort tend to be deleterious to one's body and promote violence by both spectators and participants. The shooting sports, however, tend to promote self control and are peaceably participated in by those who know that their greatest challenge is their need to continually hone their own abilities.

I was curious as to which scope and mounts you are using on this rifle.

Hawke 4-16X Mil-Dot Endeavor with medium UTG rings.
I recommend a scope with 1/2 mil-dots, though.

I was going to try the Hawke Sidewinder Tactical 4.5-14X42, but I liked how yours looked.
Do you find it difficult to load pellets?
On my HW97, I had to use a shorter scope. The TX200 does have more side access but I still think it would be a bit difficult.
Which Field Target class do you compete in with your rifle?

The 4.5-14 Tactical is what I have my Marauder/
1/2 Mil-Dot is the way to go.
Not difficult to laod pellets at all.
I am sure there have been places where you have poked around in the dark and did very well without even looking.
The same thing applies here.

I never get tired of looking at FT rigs. Especially TX200s. :-)
I also have a long sunshade mounted on a large Hawke scope on my TX200 and, as much as it looks like it would, it barely restricts access to pellet loading. When I first got my TX200, I hated trying to load pellets into it. Now, it's totally easy and a non-issue, even with the sunshade.
Tight groups,
Bob

On the weekend, I will have to mount my scope on the TX and load some pellets. I guess I will have to shoot them as well....
