Roll pin trouble Benjamin 392

I got one out, one is seemingly stuck, I have been pounding on it. I am trying to make do with a good set of punches, no toll pin punch though. Are there any tips? I can't get it started, I got it down flush to the tube. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Also I am finding it pretty gunky for a remanufactured gun that is 3 years old. Is any of that grease that needs to be replaced? Or is pel gun oil, all I need to apply when reassembling.
Also this may be a stuipid question, but is there anything special you need to do to install an o-ring. Some of them look like they will be pretty tight and maybe difficult to get on.
I had to stop beating on that roll pin because my wife went to bed

Tim at Mac1 is probably the one you should ask.
Know all there is to know about these guns.
Call him at Mac1 airguns: 310-327-3581 or PM him here at the forum. User name: TimmyMac1
There are a few more at this forum that know a thing or two about the 392.

Sometimes those roll pins can be stubborn. Be sure the tube is well supported but that there is room for the roll pin to come out. I use two old phone books for this. I lay the two books spine-to-spine with just room for the roll pin between them.
Clean out all the gunk. Pellgun oil is all you need to lube a pumper with.
The o-rings are not hard to replace. Be sure you de-burr the inside of the tube, especially around any holes / slots to keep from nicking the new o-rings on reassembly. I also coat o-rings with a light coat of oil to help everything slide into position.

ok it's out, just got a little better angle on it and kept pounding. Punch did walk off a bit around the hole but it is just some superficial damage.
I am cleaning it up and reassembling it now.

You can put the o-rings in some hot water to soften them up a bit.
