I'm glad you're enjoying your new gun and its accuracy. I hope you meant you plan to install a CBR trigger not a GRT. The GRT works in the older MP series guns, the NP2 requires a CBR.

I bought it when I got my stoeger x20s, that thing tumbled pellets and went back to airgun depot and I exchanged it for the Summit. Well, looks like someone will get a good deal on the GRT in the classifieds. Thanks for commenting, you saved me a giant headache of taking the rifle apart and wondering why it didn't work.
nice shooting.
Thought I'd mention you can get a nice padded Butler Creek sling from Wally World for $10.97. You will need a sling swivel for the butt end though. If you don't have one pm your address to me and I'll send you one. EdDon't miss my other post above, #5.
Get some heavy lead, dont be scared NP2 in .17 are ROCKETSTheyll help bring the gun around faster as wellOnce you go heavy youll never go back to the cheap(light) stuffIm running 21gr in my NP2 .22 and just smashing things of "interest".
Thanks for all the comments. I am guessing I am pushing up on 150-200 pellets through it and I am really loving it. I am happy I got it, it is out performing my skills at the moment thats for sure. I would like to look into the brass washer mod some day I think. The pic is 10 or 12 Crossman premier domes at about 12 yards. I backed it up to 16-17 yards now, my out the sliding glass door range was just shooting ragged holes all day long. Hopefully my next set of days off I will be able to get it out to 20-25 yards.
