if you have a cell fone or an iPad, go to the apps store and download "Strelok".... mine has the TS-32x1 reticle.... trouble with Chairgun is it only works with HAwke scopes, or a generic mildot setup...... still asueful product, just understand its limitations.....
Scotchmo, I have downloaded ChairGun, and am still getting familiar with it. Where is the "Scope Mag Box" you mention? Is it the box labeled "Zero Range"? I had initially selected one of the Mildot Reticles, but since I don't have a Hawke Scope, I tried to follow your advice below and selected Generic Mildot. I'm just trying to figure out what box to type in "34.4x". Also, do I need to just type in "34.4" or "34.4x"? Not to get too far astray in the thread (maybel it'll help the OP too?). I've got the gist of what the graph and table means in ChairGun, I just don't actually understand the purpose of each box in the app. For instance, what is the column of boxes labeled "Ind.Mag" "Cal.Mag" and "Click Size"? When I did the app, I clicked on Predator Poly Mags and it populated most of these fields...I don't know if there are ones I need to type info into myself? Thanks for all the help on here!
Thanks Scotchmo...I read your response and understood most of the words under 6 letters! I loaded version 4.3.6. I'm gonna go back to the ChairGun site and see if they have a Kindergarten version! I do not know about subtension divisors, Cal Mags or SFP/FFP? The scope I'm using is a UTG with a mildot reticle; if that makes any difference? It's this one:UTG 3-12x44 AO SWAT Accushot Rifle Scope, EZ-TAP, Illuminated Mil-Dot Reticle, 1/4 MOA, 30mm Tube. I feel like that little kid that wanted to get in the deep end of the pool, but hadn't learned to swim!
Scott,Sorry If I set only another Cal Mag ( calibration magnification) than my riflescope really has then I will not be able to use reticles dots ( Mil or MOA ) standardly for sight at difference distances ?NoticeAfter setting I am not clicking scope at all and therefore after I have swithed from short distances 50- to the long distances 50+ I have no enough Reticles dots up to 120 yard at standard 10xMil-Dot SFP Reticles because for long distances I need mag 24 or 32. That is only the reason that I am looking for long range reticles such as 20x1/2 Mil Dot... or TMX 20x ......or TS-32x1.I am zeroing them for my mostly used distance 70m at 290m/s.
