Hi for me there is not enough information.
I assume this is bench rested.
What distance
It would be good to know the individual shot number, fps and psi readings too.
On the surface of it, it does look like the scope can't hold vertical, but your rifle doesn't have much recoil either to cause such a shift.
It is also odd that the top and bottom groupings are tight, yet the middle are not.

Yes bench rested, distance was 78 yards and velocity was between 948-955 FPS.
I also had been thinking about much recoil cause by strike hammer but I shortened the hammer spring via installed HUMA reg setting on 165 bar and vertically inaccuracy rather increase a little bit.
Also I noticed that by using horizontall knob only the vertical POI has changed.

How much "out" was the scope when it was initially optically centered and you first set it onto the rifle? How much adjustment did you have to do to zero it? Could it be near the extent of adjustment and what you are experiencing is due to barrel droop? If so, that would cause a weakening of the vertical spring and perhaps the inability to hold zero??

Yes I probably damaged the vertical spring when I unscrew the knob to much . It cost cca 150 USD 7 years ago and nice was extended ( +3 DOT ) MilDot reticle what is your opinion about next optic.

Hi, It certainly looks a nice scope. I've got a Vortex Diamondback 4x12. Vortex have lifetime guarantees which is a great comfort. If I were you though, I would also buy some adjustable scope mounts like the "FX No Limits" or SportsMatch variants. This would allow you to zero in whilst still remaining close to optical centre and not stress the scope. Do a search on Ted's Holdover for the No-Limits scope and see how he uses them at long distances for more information. Good Luck. Regards. Peter

Scope is 6x24. Little much for a 33 foot target. I run just over 4X for all my scopes for close distance. Turn scope 3X9 to six I can not hit a tennis ball at 33 feet.

I have bought Hawke Sidewinder 30 SF 8-32x56 20x Mil Dot and vertical accuracy has increased but not absolutely.
Why ? Why just vertical inaccuracy at the same pellet velocity ?
Do you have any idea ?

Don't know how fast you are shooting. Some times the reg needs a little more time between shots to recover.
