Hey Guys,It's not that I'm loosing interest in airguns (Springer/PCP/Pumper), but given the guns I already own, I can't think of additional Air Guns to Buy that would be significantly better .I always error on the side of Cheap vs. Expensive, Lightweight vs. Heavy, Walnut over Beach, don't want a pistol, don't shoot over 75 yards and don't want anything over .22 caliber.I have a .20 caliber barrel on order from PA (it's been back-ordered for 3+ months) and that s/b fun when it arrives. However, I seem to be at a dead end (so to speak), ........ didn't like AA PS or TX.Are there any huge gaps that I'm missing .Thanks ............ Kirk
You have a BIG gap!!You need a HW97K .20! [/quoteYes needy!!!
Kirk I see 2 gaps....Fwb 300sFwb 124 (deluxe preferred.. Sportster fine....old one not currently produced version)
How about a LGV or LGU?
Too many .177's and not enough .22's.Maybe you don't need any more, but I'd do some horse tradin.
I'm in the same boat as you. I'm done for the most part as I covered my bases however I'm in the process of building a Prod to what I want as a lightweight carbine that gets decent shot count and power on a very small reservior. Maybe a prod or 1720t would suit your fancy.
Guys,What I'm really trying to find "Best Value" gun that is different if in a very basic way.Like:- HW's are well made, accurate springers .......... and cost effective.- QB's are inexpensive and when converted to HPA are very accurate, powerful and have a great shot count.- BSA R10 represents a beautiful, accurate PCP that is hard to beat unless you buy a 10lb.+ RAW.- The Benjamin pumpers represent great value in a pumper.-> I had been thinking the AA PS ore TX, but didn't like the weight/balance trade off vs. HW's.-> I had been thinking LGV, but didn't like the weight tradeoff vs. the HW's.-> I had been thinking Kral Pucher (not Bull Pup), but didn't think it compared to the BSA (& a duplication). -> I had been thinking FX Streamliner, but didn't think it was better than a BSA R10.The HW97 in .20 is a small difference from my HW97 in .177 (I think). Is there a basic design difference that I'm missing?
I think u need a HW95 in .20cal!! or a 97 or R1 the big boy! but I think u'd be really happy with an HW95 or an R9 in 20!
