First of all Gentlemen. These weren't coming back without what I did. At least not to be the shooters they are now. Did you know that both of these models have transfer ports in the barrel? Did you know that the Ted Williams 799 was a smoothbore? Did you know that the barrel clamps onto the valve bodies with a cast aluminum bracket and a screw with a clear (plastic?0 seal? A steel screw in cast aluminum no less. At one point I did drill a TP into an 880 barrel and put in the original TW body It worked quite well... for a while. Then it became so leaky.... big power loss. So the guns laid around useless and weren't worth shipping. And believe me, they weren't diamonds in the rough cosmetically either. Now they are functional plinkers and barn/shop critter gitters. LOL.... If you think chopped these up... wait til Private Stryker reports for duty.
