Ramin, what kind of rifle are you putting this on?I have the UTG snap-in adapters on a couple rifles & even though they don't "tighten down", they don't move as long as you torque your rings down on the adapter according to the specs specified by the ring manufacture. They also come with stop pins in case you're using them on a springer.http://leapers.com/index.php?act=prod_detail&midx=621&allids=583_621&itemno=MNT-DT2PW01
I have several of these, work fine at least for me so far.
I'm looking for something strong that I know won't budge for my wildcat (I don't want to buy that weaver upgrade, way too expensive) I have those NCStar ones that everyone has, thinking of putting two back to back, also have that UTG one which in my opinion is garbage since it doesn't even tighten down. Any suggestions for long dovetail -> weaver adapters?

It's hard on scopes but the mounts never came loose.
I tried a set of those with my HW95 but it didn't work out very well because the receiver is round and the base of the low adapter is flat causing a "tipping to the side" mount. To get my 3-12x44 UTG Compact scope closer to the receiver I just ordered this version of adapter hoping that it will work better on my round receiver.........http://www.ebay.com/itm/1-Pair-Picatinny-11mm-Dovetail-To-7-8-20mm-Weaver-Rail-Adapter-Rifle-Gun-Mount-/272678569850?hash=item3f7ce8c77a:g:LFAAAOSwAPVZH0EaAt less than $10 with free shipping I figured it was worth the risk.
