I am another VERY satisfied customer.I bought my Sport HD used from a local gun store so I had a receipt, but it was one of those generic hand written ones like a Waitress at a greasy spoon Dinner would leave on your table.NOTE: I live 30 minutes from Hawke in Ft Wayne but work an hour away. I was trying to zero my scope and it would not adjust the windage. I emailed Customer Service and got a phone call from the Service Rep the next day.He tried to help me by walking me through the process of resetting the scopes optical zero. Saying that is usually all it takes after someone has maxxed out the travel it can bind the inner tube. After trying both ways he suggested Mounted and in V-Blocks, it was no use I was stumped. I called him back 2 days later. When he saw where I live he said I could drop it off or bring it in and wait on it, wouldn't take but a few minutes! I work longer hours they are open so there was no way I could make it in time before they closed... HE then told me he lives in a neighboring town, had me put it in my rural mailbox and he picked it up at my house and on his way to work at Hawke!! 3 days later I received my scope back and functioning in the mail!
