Thanks for the great info, Mike. My 100x has a burr there as well, but i don't think it interferes with pellet flight. It showed itself when initially cleaning the rifle by a tuft of lint stuck there from the cleaning patch.I hope to get a scope on mine later today so I can do some accuracy testing.Tight groups,Bob
I find Air Arms 25.9gr ? do well in my 125, the skirts are oversize and fit snug, as far as the sas be careful taking out the set screw , and for the main screw make sur you have one that fits perfect, then it unscrews out nothing too complicated inside.
The removal of the stock is pretty straight forward...
The only problem Im having with mine is finding the right scope mount combo...seems to like the H$N heavies 31.02..too tell the truth this gun and my Vortex 95 in 22 are way too much gun for the backyard....shooting will be limited .....but as we all know deals are hard to pass up....good luck
The only pellets I've shot thus far are H&N Sport Barracuda 31.02gr. They fit nice and snug, and seem to be grouping fairly well at 35 yards. I've probably only put 35-40 down range, so I'm sue it's still settling in.I don't care for the scope I got. It's an Amazon special 3-9X40 Mil Dot, but I can't get both the target and the crosshairs in focus! I do like the Leupold mounts, they seem to be holding well, but that scope will probably be replace with a 3-9X32 Hatsan Optima.
BobI am curious to what response your customer service form you filled out gets from Hatsan and if they are aware of any barrel issues. Please lets us know what they say for a response.Mike

I really like the rifle but if i can't make it shoot well, something's got to happen. I'm hoping they'll replace the barrel. Time will tell....Tight groups,Bob
