yes it sounds like a droop compensating mount would help , is the one you have adjustable or preset degree of compensation ? Just raising the scope height wont be enough , others may also suggest bending the barrel down to make that adjustment .
Hey Dave,My default was to shim the rear scope ring using the plastic strips from a Yogurt container. Two thin strips usually was the fix.Bending the barrel slightly, is the permanent cure .I never bought a drooper mount - too expensive vs. other solutions .
