Lighter trigger pull with quattro trigger.

It did some shooting with my Turkish Patriot .25 today.
It's fun because it's so accurate.
I realized something.
The quattro triggers trigger blade looks funny.
Not at all like a "normal" trigger blade.
Here's what I did.
Instead of pulling straight back, pull the trigger upwards in a 45 degree angle.
That split the force of the trigger pull in half and made the rifle even more accurate.
To do this you have to change the hold on the pistol grip.
A lot of you probably already knew this.
I didn't, but I do now.

Yup! Makes a night and day difference in the amount of felt trigger pull.
Getting used to the new hand position can take awhile though....

which is why I could never warm up to my 125 sniper. it was almost impossible to properly pull the trigger, with a pistol grip stock. my 95, on the other hand, is an entirely different story. granted, I have to ride my grip a little higher than I normally would, but, it's livable.

Agreed! I just put my 85 in an 87QE stock, which has a "shallower" (?) grip angle, and feels weird by comparison to the original stock. The 87 promotes a different grip, and a more upward than backward pull of the trigger. My 85's trigger goes from "kinda heavy" in the original stock to "waaay too light" in the 87QE stock, this with zero adjustment. I've got it adjusted (heavier) now, and can't believe how much better the trigger feels! "Upward and onward" has a whole new meaning to me now.

Strange that they don't have this "tip" in the user manual.

When I shoot one of my Hatsans or Tommy I try to get my thumb as close to opposite the trigger finger as I can. The thumb and trigger finger are the only real pressure I have on the gun. The other tree fingers barley touching. Then It's like squeezing the gun and trigger between the thumb and trigger finger. I try to do the same with other guns as close as possible.
