I've always thought of Leapers scopes as cheap quality but the truth is I have liked all my Leapers scopes and they have performed just fine. I can't say that about many other brands.
Anyway, the price range seems to vary a good bit yet they all seem to tout the same True Strength Platform, locking turrets, lifetime warranty, etc. Is there something I'm not noticing in their line that separates the lower price ones from the higher priced ones? About the only difference is I know some have wire reticle and some have etched, with most thinking the etched is stronger (I've had great service from their wire reticles though).

I only have 1 but it's been nothing but good so far. I think I've had it for 5 years now and nothing has ever went wrong with it. Honestly I wouldn't be opposed to buying another one in the future if the need ever arose.

I have 2 3-9x32 BugBusters and a 4-16x40 Hunter. All are wire reticle, and mounted on springers with a good kick. No problems with them after thousands of rounds.

I have 5 Leapers scopes, have yet to have a problem other that breaking a lens cap off. They have an excellent warranty and from others who have found issues with their products, they are extremely easy to work with.

I have/had both the wire and etched glass reticle UTG, the 2 etched glass I kept are on springers, very do-able for what I needed.

I have had mixed luck with them. I have 2,30mm side focus that have held up well. I have had 2, 4x16x40 true hunters that have gone back for warranty work. Still have a new in box replacement I have never mounted. I had a 4x32 hunter mounted on a Benjamin XL 1100 that didn't last a hundred shots before it fell apart.
