You can disassemble most TX 200 rifles with no spring compressor. You can even reassemble them - if you're careful not to strip the bolt. That is one of about two airguns you can do without a compressor.
Even so, reassembly is much easier with a spring compressor. It's kind of difficult to hold everything in alignment while performing reassembly.
On most guns it's dangerous to try disassembly without a compressor. There are exceptions but a spring compressor is highly recommended for all of them - at least for me. Yes, I use one with my TX 200, too.
