Hello everyone,I just recently acquired a 1322 and have been plinking with it to get the feel for it. I have been baptised, so to speak, and pinched my hand. hurt like a mother, but that isn't the point. I have been looking around for a definitive list of mods to get more energy on target. I am in the process of ordering the RP Valve and Boss Buddy Transfer port from Alchemy AirWerks. I am also considering a longer barrel, so without too much flaming, can anyone give me some pointers on what else I can consider to ramp up the power?
Because the 13XX comes with a 10" barrel and it just comes to the end of the pump tube, a 14.2" isn't that much of a stretch. I like the way mine, looks, feels, and shoots with one.
Hi Aaron.I noticed this is only your 2nd post so first of all, Welcome to GTA.The next thing I noticed was you didn't list any other guns like the rest of us braggrs proud owners have. So I will assume you may be somewhat new to the wonderful addiction of air gunning. If that is the case than you picked the perfect starter drug gun. At the risk of being banished from the 'Enabler's Club" I feel the need to give you a heads up. YOU ARE STANDING AT THE EDGE OF THE RABBIT HOLE !! By that I mean...Ask yourself what your goal is. Are you looking to satisfy your "Tinker Habit" or are you looking for a compact quality shooter with character and accuracy. I say this because it is not uncommon to invest well over $300 in this particular endeavor and I can assure you that you will never recover more than maybe half of it. Go ahead.. ask me how I know..Don't get me wrong.. I have completely enjoyed every one of my "Lego" guns but don't ask me what they cost. Have a look at my list. Not one of those classics coast me as much as I have invested in my less expensive 13/22xx builds. Doubt if I would part with any of these but, the value just keep going up. Are they powerful, accurate and well built? Just a little research will answer that for you.If your goal is still to continue with a 13/22xx project then I recommend Davio at Alchemy AirWerks for anything you need. Also known as needfulthings on Ebay. At least you can keep some of the cost down and still get quality upgrades. Davio is a member here on GTA and just another one of the good guys.Enjoy
