Today I'll be reviewing the Crosman Optimus air rifle from Canadian Tire. I live in Canada, so I only have the 495fps model. Even still, this gun packs some power. When I first looked at the gun, the wood stock instantly appealed to me. It was a less expensive rifle, so I bought it. When I got home with it, I put some rounds through it to find it to be very quiet, which I liked. I then installed the scope, a CenterPoint 4x32mm, and went outside to zero it in, when I found that the scope required no zeroing in! Talk about convenient! It was hitting right where I was aiming, and what's more, it was going about half and inch into a wood block with Crosman Premier Pointed Pellets (7.4gr). The scope was great for the rifle, and stayed sighted in. Overall, I give this gun a 10/10 and would recommend it to any Canadian buyer, and I'm sure the American version is just as good, if not better, because it shoots faster.

If other animals evolved to the same level of intelligence as humans, would they call each other "people"?
