Rally,
One of my winter projects is to machine a TJ .25 ACP Barrel for my Gladius (I'm working to set it up to shoot 47g BBT slugs, but should shoot pellets as well). I'll chime back once the weather gets warmer and let you know how it shoots with consistency. Possible LW alternative, though I don't know if TJ has a popular .22 option.
Also, If you can live without the baffles, you might be able to fit a barrel weight in there to reduce barrel whip. I plan on trying that with mine (all hidden under the shroud). Downside is losing the suppression
FWIW, my stock Hatsan Gladius barrel mics at .607 OD, my BT65 barrel is .607 OD as well. Though I've never laid them side by side to check that they are 100% identical, superficially they look the same.
Regards

Yep, the BT65, AT44, Bullboss, Gladius are the same barrel. I got another barrel from Hatsan, and it was actually labelled BT/AT on the plastic bag it was in. I will be curious to hear about your results! I just got through touching up the new Hatsan barrel, and hope to get it on some long range targets this weekend to see if I made any progress or not. Wish me luck!
