OK, I'm impressed..Very solid... I feared they might squeeze the spacer and make the TP leak. That's why I thought I would want to add a section of nylon air hose as bushings... not the case. I may yet experiment but so far the work very well. I tried to bump and rotate the scope... not gonna happen. Also with the vintage scout mount I had to shim the scope to vertically center it... not now... took the shim out. They even bisect the barrel perfectly. And you will notice how low they bring the scope to the barrel. Gentlemen... we have a $20 solution to the non-grooved breeches on the 140/1400/160/180 and I'm sure many more.... Matter of fact, I bet I could scope my Trapmaster 1100 with these for shooting roundballs and slugs.Good find guys... THANKS !!Now to make them black...
I do, but I try to PayPal everything. Soooo the wife don't know. Haha
Yup. It'll be 42 years this August for us. Hope hip lets me take her fishing long before August comes. That'll be time for my son Matt and I to finish preparing for hunting season! Crosman 160 is still holding gas 100%, and Crosman Benjamin NP XL725 is awaiting the other three tins of pellets for chronograph testing. And the 40CT box of Crosman Co2 cartridges on Amazon for $9.93 is coming in today!
Hmmm... Betty Lou claims that I am the butt and she is the leg and foot.... I don't get it?

I'll be ordering one later tonight, glad to hear they works fine on the 180, the expensive and difficult to get original crosman's mounts I picked up have the tendency to slip to the side just enough to loose zero after handling for several days, using the provided shims for a CR140 install is even worse, sometimes the mounts rocks up and down, I stripped a couple of screws already tightening them up and have no idea what kind of thread they are for replacements. in any case I don't trust them, so this type should take care of that issue.I ordered this one that reportedly works on the CR140 before they run out on me like a different brand did, they just got here today, I'll be fitting and testing them later on and see how they look up close. Thanks for the Pics and thanks to Leonard for a great find, I did lots of searching looking for Ron Robinson mounts (or similar) and was never able to find any.
