I considered one of those rifles for a ft rig but never had the opportunity to shoot one.The Talon with the regulator was deadly accurate until the oring blew on the regulator because the valve bottom was not screwed all the way in.( found that out when I got home) but I get 77 shots at 18 fpe on the regulator but the added length is a problem for targets that are up in the trees with the bottle then on top of your shoulder. It would be better without the regulator and just shooting 30 shots and refilling back to 2700 psi. I went with the springer this time to eliminate the thought process of shot counts and tank pressure worries.
Great story Cameron. Anybody that likes to shoot airguns (or any guns) needs to try a field target match. I finally went to two matches at the end of 2016 and had a great time and can't wait for this year. There is something very satisfying knocking over that metal target!

That little metal target is something special. I enjoy watching that thing drop the same amount every time. Never gets old.I see that you have a TX and a HW97 in your quiver, which one do you grab most? I'm kind of stuck between the two.
