Well I'm bored! Got a fairly nasty snow storm going on here in Central New York today, so I am kind of stuck in the house.
So I decide to repost some of my targets from trying to break the one inch barrier at 100yds with my .25 SynRod. I came real close a few times but never was able to get a 5 shot group under one inch. Lots of 4 shot groups under one inch, but never 5!!!
It will be spring before I will try again most likely, But I will try again, I am sooooo close, seems like I should get lucky one of the times and put all 5 in under an Inch!!!!!

Hey ya Jim!
Yeah, we got close to a foot, maybe even more, yesterday and last night.
To say the least, THE RANGE IS CLOSED!
I had this book on my wishlist for . . . I dunno, years!
Wife got it for me for Christmas.
Granted it is for NRA High Power, but I feel a number of concepts can easily be applied to pushing air as well.
He does go into some details that I was not taught in the USMC. Granted while I was an Expert, for him, Expert would be a down grade from his usual Master rankings.

Good shooting Jim!!
Yea, I'm dying to get some trigger time without all this crazy wind,
I can take the cold every now and then, but I need to do some accuracy testing and I'd
be afraid to draw much of a conclusion with the wind constantly gusting and changing directions

Nice shooting there! The powerlines run right near my house and they would make a great spot for long range shooting. Wonder who I'd have to ask to shoot there?

Jim,
Try lowering your velocity and see if those flyers go away and groups tighten up.
