"Trigger to target" is an in-depth study on spring-gun mechanics. Though a good read (I owned a copy) it will not help you with 10m freehand shooting at all. "Ways of the Rifle" is the Bible of 3 position shooting. https://www.creedmoorsports.com/product/c1289/shop-by-departmentJMJ

Looks like EVERYTHING is covered! The preface says in part, "This book is based on the German title 'LUFTGEWEHR-SCHIESSEN' from 2010. However, just four years on from that publication, the text and images have been almost completely revised following changes to rules, guns and training methods." It further says that they were adding new findings to the book right up to the day before it went to the printers. Very up-to-date. I've been thumbing through it for the last 30 minutes, and must say that I'm real glad I got this. Thank you for pointing me towards this.
