And if folks actually took the time to READ what is posted instead of pressing an attack, they will see where I stated sound meter readings are fine to be posted. The discussion of said items is FINE. There is one area (and the rules cover it) that the "HOW TO" make these does not belong here and won't be. Why folks can't understand and appreciate that, I don't know. I guess they are more concerned with saying exactly what they want instead of looking out for the forum or it's members.

As already mentioned this is a hot topic issue and has been for as long as I can remember. As DEz states the rule it is clear how one should act following it. Members have come and gone who have professed to having a greater understanding of the laws. Since they won't be liable for anything I say let them go if they find us too restrictive.

Thanks Brett. I'll just add a short comment to his message. Yes, this is and has been a hot topic, what we allow and don't allow for discussion. We are in the process of clearing up Rule 12 of the forum to try and help clarify our stance on the subject. Seems there is a lot of grey area in our rule.
Look for an email notification of an announcement.
Thanks to KnifeMaker and other members for their input. It's a great time to remind folks that GTA Forums is YOUR forum and the management here are first and foremost members too, just like you. And we need and appreciate your input on ANY aspect of the forum. We are not like any other forum on the internet and a lot of it has to do with it being member owned and member managed.
Thanks to all and let's keep pressing onward in a positive direction!!!
