A simple NO micro switch under the last paddle. Between the battery and the light, on the negative side.
@josixpack ... do I understand correctly?1) last target will not go down if you have any others still standing2) after all go down the red light comes onIf you're making two of these (for competition?), why not add:3) when red light comes on on one of the target stands the other red light will no longer come on so it is obvious who won when it's too close to call or there is nobody to refereeNo point is trying to figure out circuit descriptions until all functionality is clearly defined, but I'm thinking move a solenoid plunger out of the way of a latch on the last target and energize said solenoid by grounding one wire with all the targets to its left when they are still standing. Clever mechanics could also suffice I would think.

Clever mechanics could also suffice I would think. All the paddles move independently so the last one will fall if others are still standing. However, the rules would be that you shoot in consecutive order by size.I was thinking that only one paddle would active the light regardless of the other paddles. Are you saying that it could be set so all the paddles need to be down before the light would come on? Not sure i would need that but interesting concept.
I was going to ask how I could cancel the other sensor out if one is activated. Thanks for all the help!

HahahaJust like where I work you guys will have a PLC and an HMI when this will do just fine...Quote from: mobilehomer on November 10, 2016, 02:54:45 PMA simple NO micro switch under the last paddle. Between the battery and the light, on the negative side.
Does the shooter earn bonus points if he/she shoots the lamp while it is lit?
