Are these awesome targets available to purchase yet?  I checked the website and only could find the standard FTs.  Rabbit and Coyote are what I'm after.

Thanks Tom

Hi Tom,

I'm still undecided currently as to whether I will offer them for sale on my website.  The packaging and shipping costs provide new hurdles for me.  I do know AOA and another large retailer are planning to stock them soon.

I do have a Jackrabbit that was an extra from the EBR order here if you are interested.  I can, of course, make any of the targets for you, but It would take me about 2 weeks to do so with my current workload.

Also, I believe AOA still might have a few in their Gilbert store.  They did mention they sold most of them the Monday following the shoot.

I can see how shipping will be a challenge, I assume unassembled would simplify matters and that is no problem for me.   Definitely interested in the Jack.

I myself am very curious about the jack rabbit and coyote.  Are they full scale?  Are the kill zones correctly located?  Are they extra heavy duty?  I am shooting a .357 HM1000X and would like to find some serious plinking targets that could deal with this honker.  A 1" spinner that could stand this energy would be great.

What good is 500+ FPE if you can't hit what you are shooting at?

Sorry for the delayed response!

The Field targets will handle the .357 RAW easily.

I feel the Killzones are correct, atleast to a degree.  I try to design my faceplates to be as realistic as possible, within reason.  The FT's I currently offer on the website are basic round KZ's, much like all other regular, low powered field targets.

I haven't crossed over into making other types of targets for 100+ fpe guns yet, So far it still seems like there is very small demand for them.

Hey Ben,

I have to be particular what I shoot this rifle at.  It is still putting out about 60 FPE at 100 yards.  It is nice to know that you are building FTs that are up to this.  I think I see one sitting on my range in the near future.

Are you planning on attending the GTA Fun Shoot this year?

I've got the beefed up Quad target. I shoot mine with a Sumatra carbine putting out around 75fpe @ 25yds. So far, pretty darned good. I thought the original Quads were tough, but these are extremely tough. Great job Ben!   8)
