I have a 68 Nova with a built 350.
58 impala with 301 eng.(.060 overbored 283),dual quads,cam,headers,etc..... 64 Pontiac lemans with 326/4-speed (ran in same class as 327 chevs and beat em everytime....Plymouth satellite with 426 hemi/4-speed. got married and sold the Plymouth so I could buy my first house. got the new house and an opel (yea, an opel!). kinda like the ultimate downgrade as far as cars.went from muscle cars to dirt bikes to airplanes then "nuthin". oh well, lucky to still be above ground at 72.

At auto cross events in Germany, I've seen some crazy fast Opel kadetts. 4cylinders, carbon fiber fenders, sequential gearbox, etc.Never owned a muscle car. I think a 65 continental convertible, dropped, with wide whites would be cool. Not a fan of the Foose "Electrical tape for sidewalls," look on classic cars. Tires are the first component in suspension/ride quality.I think a Kart would be cool if I wanted to go fast.
Oldsmobile made an aluminum 215cid V-8 from 1961-1963, That would have been sweet as well.As an FYI British Leyland bought the patent rights for that engine from GM in the late '70s and used a version of it in the Triumph TR-8 that was produced from '78–'81.
