Air Gun Gate / Re: What airgun related did you do today?« Last post by kbstingwing on Today at 02:22:06 PM »boy are you lucky to have a Husqvarna service so close, I have to drive 32 miles to Longview Tx for the closest Husqvarna service center, oh well it's a straight shot drive down the 259, they tell me they're 3 weeks behind, so I think the lawn might get long, I think I might make a deal with my neighbor, if he cuts my lawn, I'll make him some Brisket....Yeah, I've already set my mind to pulling that tank and flushing it today. It's only 2 bolts holding it in. I have a new inline filter for it. Think I'll replace the air filter while I'm at it. We have a Husqvarna dealer right here in town.I may play it safe and just borrow a couple goats from workdidn't get to do anything air gun related, my mower seized up after I did an oil change, found out that the Governor shaft had broken, I was wondering why sometimes it would start up and be wide open throttle, broken governor shaft is pinned in the crank keeping the piston from moving, I did see small pieces of metal in the oil... Just my Luck..... good thing it's under Warranty.... .It must be going around... fortunately mine was just a plugged fuel filter. But now I am compelled to flush out the fuel tank. 2

[thumbs up] I was thinking of how to make a zombie target with packets taped behind in anatomically strategic spots. Ketchup, mustard, soy sauce, mayonnaise, salsa (Sonic includes these with breakfast burrito orders), jam or jelly, honey, fake butter goo, peanut butter... 5
PCP/CO2/HPA Air Gun Gates "The Darkside" / Re: BSA S10 carbine mk2 regulator help« Last post by luge007 on Today at 01:01:00 PM »Stuart,
If you don't mind, could you please explain in detail the process you used to get the reg pressure you desired, and possibly an explaination of which shims did what to the pressure? Can you post a pic or two of you reg tester? Oh, and HOW on earth did you get the reg body apart?!! The one I was tasked to work on was bunged up and scarred by someone previously trying to use vice-grips or something to get it apart since there are no wrench flats or spanner holes! I had to resort to making a pair of 'collet wrenches' utilizing a 1/4-28 'pinch bolt' to get the regulator apart. a real P.I.T.A. SO, it's resealed and working, but I have no idea what the reg pressure is. I just left the stock shims in there and just re-assembled it since that was the tune it came to me in. Cheers, M 6

If so, good save! You're right you could have ended up with a body part broken so just being sore is pretty good. Yep, it was a successful save. 9
